It’s no secret that Heidi Montag’s slightly obsessed with her appearance, she got a breast augmentation and a nose job (rhinoplasty).  For the pictures we can say that she changed from an A cup to a full C breast size.  The size looks perfect on her, not too big or too small.  About her nose, with the new pictures her bridge looks narrowed and the tip is more pointy.  And now Heidi Montag has confessed to having a slew of plastic surgery. 

The “Hills” hottie confessed that she had a total of 10 plastic surgery procedures done on her during her second time under the knife back in November. Heidi explained, “For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done.  I’m beyond obsessed.”The 23-year-old kept track of her transformation to become “the best me” all the while keeping her friends and family in the dark. 

“Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do,” says Montag. About her appearance before she said: “I’ve always been very insecure about my body. My whole life, I looked at my chest and was like, OK, they’re going to grow. This is my year! And it never happened. I was less than an A-cup. I wore pushup bras, which cut into my skin. If I was with a guy and there was a girl next to me with big boobs, I would be like, Oh, my God, he’s looking at her! On the beach, if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I’d be like, I hate her! I hated my nose too. I have my dad’s nose, which is huge. It took up so much of my face, when I looked down, I could see my nose. I couldn’t get away from it!”
